Q.
We were initially giving Dpura for son and JustD for daughter. Now we have been giving JustD for both. Which one is better, Dupra or Just D?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can continue that for both the kids no problem and you forgot to mention the age of both the kids and expose the kid to direct sunlight 30 mins a day take care and stay safe

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Hello You can go ahead with either of the one the suggested by a doctor but I would just like to say that the second one that you mention it is a better option and you just have to continue with vitamin D drops for at least one year after birth
