I have no other options than hiring a baby sitter. My mother was taking care of my baby till now. But she can't stay long here as she has her own responsibilities. So I hired a baby sitter. My mother have to go to her place in 2 weeks. During this time I want to make my baby adjust to this nanny well. So I wanted to know tips or suggestions.

Hi Dr.,

He is not going to her, he is crying a lot if we try to leave him alone with her. when he is with us he is playing with her. I usually will be in office from 10am to 6:15 pm. After going home I spend all the time with him  from playing, feeding and putting him to bed. even on weekends I will take care all his work.

How can I make him to go to her.

I definitely will take care of hygiene.

take care of hygiene 
Its normal since baby stays with maid for most of the time
it will normalize soon baby will recognize mother as mother do not worry 
give affection to baby 
spend quality time with baby when at home 
as baby grows baby will forget maid

hello dear I do not have any babysitter but as a mother I will suggest you that if you do not have any second option only then you should go for the babysitter and for the safety points they should be cameras in the house which are directly attached with your phone's so can you have always an eye on your baby there is nothing more important than him in your life
