we just have changed his milk food of deksolac to nan pro. is that the issue or something else

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yea you can change it time to time and also if baby is premature then it is always advisable to change baby formula milk as per doctor prescription and also it is always advisable to give baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months.
