Q.

We have started giving powder of almonds, walnut, cashew to our daughter along with her daily food. Is it okay if we can start giving Raisins? Daughter age is 1 years 2 months.

A. dear parent, you can surely start giving raisins to your 1 year 2 months old baby. you can give all types of dry fruits. after completion of 1 year, you should give all family foods the way you prepare at home.

A. yes you can give dry fruits powder in milk. you can soak raisins in water overnight and then give for better results. but don't give in too much quantity as these are dry and excess can cause heat in the body hope it help you
