GRipe water should not be given to the child I don’t know who advised you to give it but it’s not advisable if you ask any Paed they will just straightaway discard the the use and if the medicine that you’re using for gas and all has been suggested by the doctor then you can continue with it and using inhalers on a regular basis for such a small child is not good you should look for a better option after figuring out the right reason behind
