Q.

we have completed 3 doses of ipv after birth for our daughter. Should we also give the polio vaccination provided by government for polio day?

A. yes you have to give the vaccination regarding vaccination you can follow the schedule for the age and take guidance from your child doctor .it can be delayed for some time but it will be better to take as it can be planned sooner, for any other further details you can talk to your doctor.
