Q.
We had a small trip and came back , baby was fine, I was given as usual meals and suddenly her stool became more smelly and later she had a fever and now is settled but loose motion started. I am giving econorm and zinc dry powder. it's been 3 days. It's still watery .

So during the trip your child may have eaten out also sometimes it could be due to indigestion and stomach infection issues that the child is having loose motions fever and also it’s better to check with your doctor if required get a stool test done once for better clarity
