ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 years agoA. dear mum no protein supplement or health drink is required. protein supplement may be given only in certain situations like growth faltering and recovery from chronic illness. and only on doctor's prescription. homemade balance diet having variety of food groups in adequate amount is sufficient to fulfill nutritional requirements
