Q.

We blessed with Our twin Boys on 15th December 2025. There were born on 34 weeks 5 days and their respective weight were 2.33 KG and 2.05 KG. Do we need to start iron drops now ?

A. dear mom. you may start it. but it is better to once consult your babys doctor for the same. give both of your twins breast milk or formula milk. o k
