we are using a antu biotic syrup for my one year old baby. after one day the entire body was rashes but baby overall activity is good as well as food also taking. please give me some advice

A. good morning I would recommend you to discontinue using the antibiotic for the baby is clearly not suiting the child and is causing an allergic reaction it is better to inform your doctor about the same
