we are planning to give lion dates syrup for my kid , his hemaglobin is bit less. will it help? any side effects?. at what time should we give.? can we give him directly one spoon or is it mandatory to mix with any other things like milk?

you can give your baby homemade healthy food instead of offering instant food available from the market. Even though people believe Lion Dates syrup is healthy they would be adding some preservative which is not good for your baby. you can search for a healthier option other than giving this instant options.
