Q.

we are going to start solid cooked food for my baby. The first food should be vegetables or fruits, which have high nutritional value which should be beneficial for initial start. fruits are high in sugar (fructose) is it ok, or not recommended?

A. hello parents. it's good to start with rice kanji or dal water.. Start veggies steamed & mashed, or pureed, porridges in semi solid form, or fruits purees. fruits are generally sweet and babies use to get find of it, when they are introduced first.. so it's good to start by vegetable puree..

A. Hello dear parent! Once your baby completes 6 months you can start giving semi solids like homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, apple purée, ragi and so on. Give sips of water in between meals. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
