Q.

We are giving levocetirizine dihydrochloride syrup (5 ml once a days, 5 days) and azithromycine oral suspension IP (5 ml once a day, 3 days) to our 11month old child as he is suffering from mild cold and cough for past 4,5 days. Can these medicines be given with milk? In how many days should we expect full recovery?
