Q.
we are giving enfamil formula to our baby and now he is 1 year old shall we continue the formula or we can start giving cow milk .

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. As your baby is already 1 year old, now if you want you can start giving cow milk. It may take time to digest it, therefore mix little water in the beginning and once baby becomes accustomed to the taste and is able to digest, you can stop mixing water.
