Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. this is the antacid which is mainly helpful in decreasing the gas as well as acidity. it has to be given around half an hour before food intake and many times is given for nausea as well as gastric discomfort.
it is also given due to the acidity caused by constipation as well as when antibiotics is going on which is causing acidity
