DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and if he is having mental retardation then his thumb is impacted into closed fist and it’s a sign of regression of brain functions and it will fade-away automatically after few weeks

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if the baby is having closed fist and not opening it it is z neurological problem in the baby e you have to do some massage opening his hand with your thumb consult your local doctor for proper evaluation
