wat fruits can we I add to my diet ?

A. Dear parent, you can have all the seasonal and locally available fruits. There is no restriction for healthy foods. You can have fruits like apple, banana, pear, chickoo, papaya, orange, sweet lime, custard apple.

A. good morning you can have all of the seasonal fruits that is absolutely no problem i would just recommend you to make sure that you do not put it in the refrigerator and it should be consumed in the day
