7am a cup of milk
9am breakfast as poha cheela idli dosa upma suji halwa uthapam cornflakes chocos..
11am any fruit.. papaya apple pear sapota banana..
1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda..
7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha..
10pm a cup of milk..
Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..give well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits ....as baby is above one year...you can give normal food what you cook at home fir everyone...only it should not be spicy
