Maam this job that you are mentioning can be used from the beginning of the age itself if there’s a nose blocking but if you’re willing to use it for running nose then it is not going to be helpful because this is helpful for opening up the nasal passage when the nose is blocked right now you need oral medicine that is going to help in controlling because it’s an average reaction
