you can include variety of homecooked foods and avoid packed, processed and junk foods
include banana, chikko, potato, milk, paneer, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, porridge, sheera, veg upma, veg poha, pancake, chila, stuffed idli, dosa, stuffed roti, paratha , rice or daliya with veggies, egg, chicken, fish if non-vegetarian, etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours
maintain good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes sweet potatoes rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene.
