Malaasan is it great yoga position make your child sit at least for 10 to 15 minutes every morning in that and make your child have a hot warm water which is the good like sip sip the child can apply about a drop or so of castor oil in the navel before sleeping and give 60 ML of prune juice before sleeping which will be very helpful
