vitamin syrups helps to gaining weight for babies?

ExpertAlapati HariPaediatrician7 years agoA. Hi, no vitamin supplements are only needed if there is deficiency, they do not help in Height or weight, they are helpful in cell growth and bone strength. Give only if they are deficient

Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

Dr sadanand vhankalasFather of a 9 yr 7 m old girl7 years agoA. no...it's not useful for gaining weight..it's just supplement. .for gaining weight you have to feed properly...if child is more than 6 years start complementary food as early as possible..it will help u to increase weight
