A. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any health supplements or calcium or multivitamins to the child but if it is less than your doctor will examine and according to the deficiency the doctor will give medicine but it is atx the same time advisable to go natural by giving diet as per age of the child which contains all the important nutrients and supplements. usually you have to give only iron and vitamin d supplexments to the child but that also in maintenance dosage and not as a deficiency dosage after medical consultation.

A. Hello mom Only if it is recommended by your paediatrician otherwise there is no need to give any vitamin medication to your baby because you can add anything in babies regular diet plan after baby turns one year old and you should just try to give daily routine food to your baby
