vitamin A ka syrup jo every 6 month 4 year girls ko dete h woh nhi diya jaye toh koi problem toh nhi hoti due to covid nhi pila rhe h

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4.4 years old and she has missed her vitamin A oral dose 600000 iu at 4 years then you have to give her carrot,beet and papya and green vegetables etc
