Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. d3 must .Breast milk is very necessary for the growing baby specially for the first 6 month of life and should be exclusively. If due to any reason not possible then only top milk should be given to the baby .

It is recommended to give Vitamin D3 drops to the baby as it is a nutrient which is not easily available in any of the foods except from sunlight, but it is very important too for healthy growth and development of bones and teeth. That's why, it is always advisable to give it as prescribed by the doctor and do not skip.
