A. Honey contains botulinum bacteria which can cause infant botulism which can be life threatening, chances are rare but why to take risk. Even on honey bottle it is mentioned to be given to infants under 12 months.

A. Both the things can be given to the child but after the age of one year as prior to that it is not advisable as per doctors so please don’t give it and honey anyway specifically not advisable because it can create problems to the child and that is very unhealthy so you need to avoid both the things for initial one year of birth
