Q.

Vansh kumar 85 weeks old is having just watery stool from today morning at an interval of 2 hours.l have given him neopeptine oral solution 5 ml and zn20 5 ml...l am also giving him ors solution.what else should I do to get rid of it.please suggest

A. if the child is having watery loose motions with along with fever and vomiting there may be some stomach infection so regarding the symptoms you should get a proper physical examination done by your doctor and then only your doctor will give proper guidance regarding the complain so consult your doctor once thanks
