Q.

Vanakkam Doc 🙏. My daughter is 8months old, She is having 98.2 degree from yesterday. I gave Paracetamol too. Kindly share your valuable suggestions.

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a jydose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
