Q.

Vanakkam Doc πŸ™ As I have hypothyroidism more than 15 years. T3 and T4 is normal but TSH is too high. ( 86.39 ulU/mL) I'm taking 125mcg eltroxin tablets. Kindly suggest your valuable advise to control TSH.

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Take your medication on time everyday as prescribed by your doctor. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health.
