wipe off with a finger or cloth wrapped around finger.
if white part is not wiped off better to consult pediatrician for examination to rule out oral thrush

just use soft cotton cloth to clean
also u can use finger toothbrush to wipe baby tongue
try buddsbuddy finger toothbrush its soft made up of silicone and BPA free
