if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruitsd
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food
adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineappled banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello just make sure to give fluid well after every solid and also include fruit especially banana and papaya which will help your child get relief from the constipation and include fibre rich food in the diet which would be better and safe
