A. Hi..yes you can give syp rantac before meal twice a day..for proper doses do Consult your paedritician. avoid self medication..it is not a good practice especially for babies..

A. It is the medication for mouth ulcer I believe I don’t have the exact idea for this but most probably it is for the same reason it is for the stomach problems to avoid any issues related to the same
