urine is in light orange colour... yesterday I ate beetroot is it normal

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Beets contain certain pigments that give them their vibrant and dark purple-red color. These pigments are not absorbed from body, and this is why you can see them in stool n urine, n that's okay
