URGENT : my 10m old Daughter just ate a small amount of surf (cloth detergent) should i have to panic ? Or should i take her to doc ? She is normal still, please advice ASAP!

Keep monitoring. see to that if your baby is active and healthy then it should be ok,else if you find any symptoms like vomit or swelling or sleeping for very long duration, crying and if baby is cranky then it's good to check with your doctor without delay to avoid problems.
