until wat age baby smile among themselves and wat is the reason ,is it true that angels play with them

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. children's smile when they are happy and it is not related to any Angel. this will continue because smiling by themselves is also common in adults so it is a very normal phenomena

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting foods, reaching milestones then nothing to worry. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Good luck and take care.
