Q.
U was giving vitamin D3 drops for my baby till 6 months , now doctor has suggested to give multivitamin drops in the morning and iron drops in the evening , I have followed this for the past 1 month , suddenly u feel like my baby has become chubby and has gained almost 400 grams in 20 days . Is this because of the multivitamin/ iron drops ?
