tooth decay in one year old baby..what is the reason..how can i prevent?

A. Due to breastfeeding in night the tooth my decay because of long standing milk in mouth for whole night and improper oral hygiene both may result in tooth decay......you should consult a dentist so that other tooth don't get affected.....
