Too much hair fall after postpartum..,. Any remidies I can follow?

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hair fall post pregnancy and delivery is common due to the hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy and delivery and also breastfeeding.
massage the hair with some warm coconut oil and after that steam your hair
repeat this twice a week
avoid stress
do some yoga breathing exercises pranayam etc
drink lots of water
have a healthy diet
