Tongue of my 81 days old baby is slightly black. he is taking formula milk only. what is the reason?. Is it something serious?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is less than 3 months of 8 if the baby is having black tongue most of the times it can be a fungal infection are if you're giving iron drops the possibility
