Tongue of my 81 days old baby is slightly black. he is taking formula milk only. what is the reason?. Is it something serious?

A. not giving to baby. but I'm taking 2 days once. will it cause impact on him? if so what is the remedy doctor?

A. the baby is less than 3 months of 8 if the baby is having black tongue most of the times it can be a fungal infection are if you're giving iron drops the possibility
