tongue is full of white fungus..how to clean it

Are you sure it is white fungus because if it is white fungus then you have to check with the doctor that you ointment you can apply usually milk gets accumulated onto the tongue of the child which parents don’t clean so I hope you’re not getting confused with that so please check with your doctor for the ointment that you can use currently
