tomoto ketchup during 4th month pregnancy?? is it safe to have it occasionally in a small quantity...?

A. yes you can have occasionally. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds.

A. yes you can have tomato ketchup in pregnancy once a while. It is better if it is home made. Instead of ketchup you can also have tomato chutney which is healthy in pregnancy.
