Increase intake fibre,fluids,salads in regular diet along with your protein,carbs intake in portion control.
Yoga asanas helps in reducing belly fat meanwhile avoid oily,junk,processed foods,maintain sugar intake.
All these will effect gradually 2-3 months but yoga asanas daily will give you better results within 1-2 months.
