tofu means which brand is good and how to cook for baby

A. Avoid tofu as if is difficult to digest, home made paneer is better. After six months, you can start giving semi solid foods to the baby, to start with give thick dal soup, mashed banana, suji kheer, later introduce mashed sweet potato, seasonal fruit purees, rice porridge, khichdi, yogurt. Initially give everything in small quantity and check response of the baby and gradually increase the quantity of the food. After nine months you can start solid foods like chapati mashed in dal, sift cooked rice, finger foods.

A. Tofu is actually soya bean milk paneer which is known as tofu you cannot prepare it at home you can go for a movie you can check with Britannia both the brands are good you just need to prepare it in the same manner in which you can prepare for yourself through the normal paneer sabzi apart from this you can also shallow fried and give it to your baby you can mix it with any vegetable and give it to the baby in small cube you can make soups with the help of tofu
