todays body temparature little high of my 2 month old son, may be have some cough on the nose as the sound came from nose. Your valuable suggestion please.

A. it need to.be check . Temperature more tham 99 is fever. Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down in 2 days then baby need a proper examination as it may be any other infection
