Today wife did a pregnancy test at home, it was found positive. Her last menstrual day was January 3rd. We are not prepared actually, and our son is one year n three month old only. What's the way to abort this pregnancy?

If it is an early pregnancy then consult your doctor immediately because it will be easier to terminate it but we have to take into consideration her previous mode of delivery also.
