If you are giving any kind of an iron supplement to the child on a continuous basis and that can happen sometimes if not then try to maintain oral hygiene by brushing twice in a day with a proper fluoride free toothpaste and toothbrush that would be helpful for you and yet if you require you can connect with your doctor one time
