today my son poop like clay....and there was blood too on that what should i do?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. pooping clay like and also blood in stool.. visit the doctor immediately.. apply coconut oil on baby tummy area and gently massage in circular motion.. take care
