Q.
Today my daughter fell down from bed and she got injured on head and below eyebrow .we have visited paediatrician ,he told us to observe her for 24 more hours and gave dolo as pain reliever no blood came from anywhere.Any idea plz share

If Your child is acting normal they do not worry about it a lot of time these things can happen because a child get scared or hurt at that time but if your child is acting completely normal as of now I don’t think so there is anything to be worried about for that matter
