today my baby throw ac remote in the bucket full of water. at that moment I got very angry and hit him 2-3 times. I did it before also. I know it's not right but I can't control myself with the rage of moment. I know all these techniques that u should walk out of room and all but at that moment I got blank, nothing comes to my mind except hitting. what to do?

A. dear mom. try meditation on regular basis along with breathong exersises, pranayam, it will help to control anger. drink lots of liquids and get once hb test done. tc
