ExpertDr. Hemendra GuptaPaediatrician7 years agoA. in case of motions consistency matters rather than the frequency and color of the stool. if your child is comfortable and accepting feeds and passing urine and the consistency of stool is normal then nothing to worry about this is normal

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 5 m old boy7 years agoA. if there is any bad smell and mucous in the motion and associated fever and your baby is not feeding well then you need to consult with your pediatrician.. try to hydrate properly
